Olive Branch Homes is a nonprofit organization located in Middle Tennessee, founded in 2023. We are dedicated to providing compassionate end-of-life care to those in need. Each of our residents is under the medical care of a hospice agency, has a DNR, and a prognosis of 6 months or less.

Our mission is to ensure that no one is denied the opportunity to receive the care and support they need, regardless of their financial situation. We are proud to provide a safe and comfortable environment for those in their final stages of life, allowing them to pass peacefully and with dignity.
